| Construction Process | |||||||||||||||||
| ①Waterproof Layer | The ground shall be constructed with qualified waterproofing treatment. Outdoor courts must be paved with an asphalt waterproof layer of no less than 5 cm thickness. | ||||||||||||||||
| ②Substrate Treatment | Grind, repair and remove dust according to the actual condition of the base surface. | ||||||||||||||||
| ③PU Primer | Apply PU primer evenly on asphalt and cement concrete surfaces respectively. The asphalt base shall be cured for about 12 hours, while the cement base shall be cured for 1 to 2 hours after priming. | ||||||||||||||||
| ④PU Intermediate Coat | After the primer is fully cured, apply one trowel coat of PU intermediate coat to improve the wear resistance of the floor. | ||||||||||||||||
| ⑤PU Topcoat | Roll one coat of PU topcoat and two coats of silicon PU topcoat to endow the floor with dustproof, waterproof, wear-resistant and anti-corrosion properties as well as easy cleaning. The finished floor presents uniform color overall. | ||||||||||||||||
| ⑥Line Marking | Mark standard court lines with 50 mm wide white and yellow PU paint. | ||||||||||||||||
| ⑦Completion & Application | The court can be put into use 3 days after construction. (Standard temperature: 25℃; the opening time shall be properly extended under low temperature. Do not allow water contact during the curing period.) | ||||||||||||||||
| ⑧ | During the entire construction period, stop construction immediately in case of rain, take timely protective measures and keep curing normally. | ||||||||||||||||
