Introduction to Parking Lot Floor Engineering
Our company is one of the main drafting units for the flooring industry standard "Technical Regulations for Whole Floor Engineering". The engineering series we have constructed include: epoxy flooring engineering for parking lots, cement-based wear-resistant material - diamond sand flooring for concrete floors in parking lots, wear-resistant hardened flooring engineering for parking lots, transportation facilities engineering for parking lots, wall and column engineering for parking lots, and so on
Its main characteristics are strong adhesion, no dust, wear resistance, heavy pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, smooth surface, and overall beauty; Colorful and diverse, easy to clean, widely applicable to GMP standard clean floors in various parking lots; Before construction, provide customers with the most perfect overall solution and offer them suitable choices.
Design Basis for Parking Lot Floor Engineering
1. Floor usage situation
1) Usage: The purpose of the floor, which refers to the type, range, and frequency of transportation;
2) Load: Type of load (static or dynamic) and degree and frequency of impact load;
3) Color: Requirements for color durability, consistency of colors before and after periods, whether different areas have different colors, and the position of area lines;
4) Gloss: glossy or matte;
5) Indoor and outdoor: whether the floor is directly exposed to the Yangjiang River or the area and degree of ultraviolet refraction;
6) Appearance after completion: Requirements for the appearance and sensory quality of the finished floor, including flatness, impurities, and bubbles; (Note: Appearance requirements are crucial, and it is recommended to make on-site samples of appropriate size for confirmation before formal construction);
7) Cleaning and maintenance: cleaning methods, frequency, and maintenance methods. (e.g. waxing, polishing);
2. Service life
Select the appropriate type and thickness of epoxy flooring based on the customer's desired lifespan
3. Plain land conditions
1) Are there any oil stains, wax, or other pollutants present
2) Flatness
3) Moisture content
4) Ground strength
5) Hollow crack
6) Powdering
7) Moisture proof treatment
4. Special performance requirements
Design based on the special performance requirements provided by the customer
5. Construction period
Select the appropriate type of epoxy flooring based on the customer's acceptable construction period. (Consider factors such as cross construction, rainy season, moisture regain, temperature, humidity, etc.)
6. Choose the appropriate type of epoxy flooring based on the budget
