Design Basis for Parking Lot Flooring Engineering
1.Floor Service Condition
1) Purpose: The application of the floor, including the type, scope and frequency of traffic.
2) Load: The type of load borne (static load or dynamic load), as well as the magnitude and frequency of impact load.
3) Color: Requirements for color durability, consistency of color in early and later stages, whether different colors are adopted in different areas, and the layout of boundary lines between areas.
4) Gloss: High-gloss or matte.
5) Indoor & Outdoor: Whether the floor is exposed to direct sunlight or ultraviolet reflected radiation, as well as the exposure intensity.
6) Finished Appearance: Requirements for the visual and sensory quality of the completed floor, including flatness, foreign spots and bubbles. (Note: Appearance requirements are extremely critical. It is recommended to confirm with on-site mock-up of appropriate size before formal construction.)
7) Cleaning and Maintenance: Cleaning methods, frequency and maintenance procedures. (e.g., waxing, polishing)
