| Construction Process | |||||||||||||
| ①Waterproof Layer | The ground shall be completed with professional waterproof treatment. | ||||||||||||
| ②Substrate Treatment | Grind, repair and remove dust according to the actual condition of the base surface. | ||||||||||||
| ③Primer | Apply primer evenly on asphalt or cement concrete surfaces respectively. The base cushion is composed of rubber particles and adhesive. Cure the asphalt base for about 12 hours, and cure the cement base for 1–2 hours after primer application. | ||||||||||||
| ④Topcoat | The surface layer is mixed with polyurethane or fine EPDM particles, and mechanically sprayed onto the cushion layer to form an anti-slip surface. The finished track is dustproof, waterproof, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean with uniform overall color. | ||||||||||||
| ⑤Line Marking | Mark lines in accordance with standard track specifications. | ||||||||||||
| ⑥Completion & Commissioning | The track can be put into use 3 days after construction. (Reference temperature: 25℃; the opening time shall be appropriately extended at low temperature. Keep the track free of water during the curing period.) | ||||||||||||
