| ①Base Treatment | Repair, grind and remove dust according to the actual condition of the base surface. | ||||||||||||||||
| ②Epoxy Primer | Apply 1 to 2 roller coats of epoxy primer with high permeability and adhesion to enhance the strength and bonding performance of the substrate. | ||||||||||||||||
| ③Epoxy Putty | Construct several coats as required until the surface is flat and pore-free without trowel marks and sanding marks. | ||||||||||||||||
| ④Two-component Acrylic Topcoat | Apply two roller coats of two-component acrylic topcoat or anti-slip topcoat. The finished surface is bright, clean and uniform in color. | ||||||||||||||||
| ⑤Completion of Construction | Pedestrian access is allowed after 24 hours; heavy load access is permitted after 72 hours.
