| Construction Process | |||||||||||||||||
| ①Waterproof Layer | The ground shall be finished with waterproof treatment. For outdoor courts, asphalt waterproofing with a thickness of no less than 5cm is mandatory. | ||||||||||||||||
| ②Substrate Treatment | Grind, repair and remove dust according to the actual condition of the base surface. | ||||||||||||||||
| ③PU Primer | Apply PU primer evenly on asphalt or cement concrete surfaces respectively. Cure the asphalt base for about 12 hours, and cure the cement base for 1 to 2 hours after priming. | ||||||||||||||||
| ④PU Intermediate Coat | After the primer is fully cured, trowel one coat of PU intermediate coat to enhance the floor’s wear resistance. | ||||||||||||||||
| ⑤PU Topcoat | Apply one roller coat of PU topcoat and two roller coats of silicon PU topcoat to endow the floor with dustproof, waterproof, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant properties for easy cleaning. The finished floor presents a uniform color overall. | ||||||||||||||||
| ⑥Line Marking | Mark court lines with standard 50 mm wide white and yellow PU paint. | ||||||||||||||||
| ⑦Completion & Commissioning | The venue can be put into use 3 days after construction completion. (Reference temperature: 25℃; the opening time shall be appropriately extended at low temperature. Keep the floor free of water during curing.) | ||||||||||||||||
| ⑧ | Stop construction immediately in case of rainy weather during the whole construction process, take timely protective measures and continue curing. | ||||||||||||||||
