| ①Base Surface Treatment | Grind, repair and remove dust according to the actual condition of the substrate. | ||||||||||||||||||||
| ②Water-based Primer | Apply one roller coat of high-permeability and high-adhesion water-based epoxy primer to enhance the strength and adhesion of the base surface. | ||||||||||||||||||||
| ③Water-based Resin Mortar Leveling | Pour the liquid additive into a mixing container, add aggregate proportionally while stirring continuously, then add an appropriate amount of water and fully stir into a homogeneous mortar free of particles and lumps. Spread the mortar evenly with a trowel to control the coating thickness, then level the surface with a finishing trowel. | ||||||||||||||||||||
| ④Acrylic Intermediate Coat | Mix acrylic intermediate resin with proper amount of quartz sand, apply two even coats with a trowel to improve the floor's pressure resistance, impact resistance and anti-slip performance. | ||||||||||||||||||||
| ⑤Acrylic Topcoat | Apply two roller coats of colored topcoat to achieve uniform overall floor color. | ||||||||||||||||||||

| ⑦Acrylic Clear Topcoat | Apply one roller coat of colorless water-based clear coat with superior wear resistance. The finished floor is dustproof, waterproof, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, with uniform color and soft luster. | ||||||||||||||||||||
| ⑧Completion of Construction | Pedestrian access is allowed after 24 hours; heavy load access is permitted after 72 hours. (Based on 25℃; the open time shall be appropriately extended at low temperature. Keep the floor free of water during the curing period.) | ||||||||||||||||||||
