construction technology

① Natural treatment: carry out polishing, repair, and dust removal work according to the natural conditions of the land;

② Epoxy Primer: Apply a layer of highly permeable and adhesive epoxy primer by rolling to enhance the adhesion of the ground to the epoxy floor;  

③ Epoxy intermediate coating: Add an appropriate amount of quartz sand to the epoxy resin and evenly apply it several times with a trowel to enhance the pressure resistance and impact resistance of the ground;  

④ Epoxy soil: Use epoxy soil for two layers of construction to enhance the pressure resistance, impact resistance, and flatness of the ground;

⑤ Epoxy rolling topcoat: Apply two coats of epoxy topcoat to make the ground dustproof, waterproof, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean. After completion, the overall floor is bright and clean, with uniform color, no bubbles, and no hollowing;  

⑥ After the construction is completed, people can only enter after 24 hours, and after 72 hours, they can be washed with water under heavy pressure (based on 25 ℃, the opening time should be moderately extended at low temperatures). After 7 days of complete curing, various tests can be carried out;
