construction technology

① Ground treatment: Clean ground stains, polish, dust, and clean the ground according to the condition of the ground;

② Epoxy Primer: Apply a layer of transparent epoxy primer with strong permeability and adhesion to enhance the adhesion of the ground to the epoxy floor;  

③ Epoxy intermediate coating: Add an appropriate amount of quartz sand to the epoxy resin and evenly apply it several times with a trowel to enhance the pressure resistance and impact resistance of the ground;  

④ Epoxy soil: Use epoxy soil for two layers of construction to enhance the pressure resistance, impact resistance, and flatness of the ground;  

⑤ Self flowing flat paint: Apply a layer of epoxy self flowing flat paint with a trowel to make the ground dustproof, waterproof, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean; After completion, the overall floor is bright and clean, with uniform color, no bubbles, and no hollowing;  

⑥ Construction completion: Personnel can only enter after 24 hours, and heavy pressure water flushing can only be carried out after 72 hours (based on 25 ℃, the opening time should be moderately extended at low temperatures). After 7 days of complete curing, various tests can be carried out;
