construction technology

① Natural treatment: carry out polishing, repair, and dust removal work according to the natural conditions of the land;

② Epoxy Primer: Apply a layer of highly permeable and adhesive epoxy primer by rolling, with a uniform and non whitening surface to enhance the adhesion of the substrate to the epoxy floor;  

③ Epoxy batch soil: Construct several layers according to actual needs, and ensure that there are no holes, batch marks, or polishing marks on the surface;

④ Epoxy topcoat: Apply two layers of epoxy topcoat by rolling to make the ground dustproof, waterproof, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean;  

⑤ Construction completion: Personnel can only enter after 24 hours, and heavy pressure can only be applied after 72 hours. (Based on 25 ℃, the low-temperature opening time should be moderately extended, and the maintenance time of the floor should not be wet.) After completion, the overall floor should be bright and clean, with uniform color, no bubbles, and no hollowing;
