12.1 General Provisions
12.1.1 This chapter applies to the quality acceptance of the following key projects:
1. Cabinet production and installation.
2. Production and installation of curtain boxes, window sills, and radiator covers.
3. Production and installation of door and window frames.
4. Production and installation of guardrails and handrails.
5. Flower decoration production and installation.
Explanation:
12.1.1 The production and installation of cabinets, curtain boxes, window sills, radiator covers, door and window frames, guardrails, handrails, floral decorations, etc. are becoming increasingly important in building decoration and renovation projects. The content of Chapter 11, Section 10 "Fine Wood Products Engineering" of the national standard "Quality Inspection and Evaluation Standards for Construction Projects" (GBJ301-88) can no longer meet the development requirements of new materials and technologies. Therefore, this chapter does not limit the types of materials to facilitate innovation and improve the level of decoration and renovation.
12.1.2 During the acceptance of detailed engineering, the following documents and records should be checked:
1. Construction drawings, design specifications, and other design documents.
The product qualification certificate, performance testing report, entry acceptance record, and re inspection report of the two materials.
3. Acceptance records of concealed works.
4 Construction records.
Explanation:
12.1.2 Checking the construction drawings, design specifications, and other design documents during acceptance is beneficial in strengthening the importance of design, providing a basis for acceptance, and avoiding verbal agreements that may cause disputes. Material entry acceptance, re inspection, concealed engineering acceptance, and construction records are important contents of construction process control and guarantee of project quality.
12.1.3 Detailed engineering should retest the formaldehyde content of artificial wooden boards.
Explanation:
12.1.3 Excessive formaldehyde content in artificial wooden boards can pollute indoor environments, and retesting is beneficial for verifying compliance with requirements.
12.1.4 The detailed engineering should undergo concealed engineering acceptance for the following parts:
1. Pre embedded parts (or post embedded parts).
2. Connection nodes between guardrails and embedded parts.
12.1.5 The inspection batches of each sub project shall be divided according to the following regulations:
Every 50 units (locations) of similar products should be divided into one inspection batch, and any units (locations) less than 50 should also be divided into one inspection batch.
Each staircase should be divided into an inspection batch.
