11.1 General provisions
11.1.1 This chapter is applicable to the quality acceptance of sub projects such as pasting and soft packaging.
Explanation:
11.1.1 Soft pack engineering includes two types: lined soft packs and unlined soft packs.
During the acceptance of pasting and soft packaging engineering, the following documents and records should be checked:
Construction drawings, design specifications, and other design documents for pasting and soft packaging projects.
Samples and confirmation documents of 2 decorative materials.
Product qualification certificate, performance testing report, entry acceptance record, and re inspection report for the three materials.
4 Construction records.
11.1.3 The inspection batches of each sub project shall be divided according to the following regulations:
The pasting or soft packaging project of the same variety should be divided into one inspection batch for every 50 rooms (large rooms and corridors should be divided into one room based on a construction area of 30m2), and for less than 50 rooms, they should also be divided into one inspection batch.
11.1.4 The inspection quantity shall comply with the following regulations:
At least 10% of each inspection batch for the pasting project should be randomly checked, and not less than 3 rooms should be inspected. If there are less than 3 rooms, all should be inspected.
At least 20% of each inspection batch for the 2 soft packaging projects should be randomly checked, and not less than 6 rooms should be inspected. If there are less than 6 rooms, all should be inspected.
Before pasting, the quality of the base treatment should meet the following requirements:
The concrete or plaster base wall of a new building should be coated with alkali resistant sealing primer before applying putty.
Before pasting, the old wall surface should be cleaned of loose old decorative layers and coated with interface agent.
The moisture content of the concrete or plaster base shall not exceed 8%; The moisture content of the wood base shall not exceed 12%.
4. The base putty should be flat, solid, and firm, without powdering, peeling, or cracks; The bonding strength of putty should comply with the N-type requirements of "Putty for Interior Use in Buildings" (JG/T3049).
The surface flatness, verticality of the facade, and squareness of the internal and external corners of the base layer should meet the requirements of advanced plastering in Article 4.2.11 of this specification.
The surface color of the base layer should be consistent.
Before pasting, apply sealant to the base layer.
Explanation:
The quality of the grassroots is closely related to the quality of the pasting project; Formulate this provision.
If the concrete plaster base of a new building is not coated with alkali resistant sealing primer, the base will bleed alkali and cause the wallpaper to change color after pasting.
If the loose old decoration layer on the old wall is not removed, it will cause the wallpaper to bulge or fall off after pasting. The cleaned wall still needs to meet the requirements of pasting on the base layer.
When the moisture content of the base layer is too high, water vapor can cause the wallpaper surface to bulge.
4. If the putty is not firmly bonded to the base layer, or if there is powdering, peeling, and cracking, it can cause cracks or even detachment at the wallpaper joints, affecting the quality of the pasting.
The surface flatness, verticality of the facade, and squareness of the internal and external corners of the plastering project have a significant impact on the quality of the plastering. If the quality does not meet the quality requirements of advanced plastering, it will cause difficulties in aligning the patterns during plastering, and there will be gaps and overlaps, which will affect the overall decorative effect. Therefore, the plastering quality should meet the requirements of advanced plastering.
If the color of the base layer is inconsistent, it will cause the wallpaper surface to become blurred and have color differences after pasting, especially for wallpapers with poor shading, this phenomenon will be more serious.
The 7-layer adhesive can prevent putty from powdering and prevent the base layer from absorbing water, providing a suitable surface for pasting wallpaper. It can also make the wallpaper easy to slide when aligning and correcting the position.
