7 Inspection Rules

7.1 Classification of Inspection

Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection.

7.1.1 Factory inspection items

The first to third items in Table 1, the first to fifth items in Table 2, and the first to fifth items in Table 3 are required to be factory inspection items.

7.1.2 Type Inspection

All requirements listed in this standard are type inspection items.

When one of the following situations occurs, type inspection is required:

a) Under normal production conditions, at least once a year;

b) When a new product is put into production or undergoes product type identification;

c) When there are significant changes in the main raw materials, ratios, or production processes of the product;

d) When production is resumed after a shutdown of more than six months;

e) When there is a significant difference between the factory inspection results and the last type inspection;

f) When requested by national technical supervision and inspection agencies;

7.2 Batch grouping

For products of the same category, every 5t during continuous production is considered as one batch, and any quantity less than 5t can also be counted as one batch.

7.3 Sampling

Randomly select no less than 6 groups from each batch of products or production line. The total weight of the sample shall not be less than 5kg. Sampling shall be conducted in accordance with GB 3186. The sample extraction is divided into two parts: one for testing and one for backup.

7.4 Judgment Rules

The product is tested according to Chapter 6, and if the test results meet the requirements of Chapter 5, it is considered qualified.

If any item does not meet the standard requirements, it is allowed to use spare samples to retest the non-conforming item in the same batch of samples. If the retest results meet the standard requirements, the batch of products is judged to be qualified; If it still does not meet the standard requirements, the batch of products will be judged as unqualified.

If two or more items do not meet the standard requirements, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified.
