| Construction Process | |||||||||||||||||||
| ①Waterproofing Treatment | Waterproofing shall be completed for ground floors on the first floor. | ||||||||||||||||||
| ②Base Surface Treatment | Grind, repair and remove dust according to the actual condition of the base surface. | ||||||||||||||||||
| ③Epoxy Primer | Apply 1 to 2 roller coats of high-permeability and high-adhesion epoxy primer to enhance the strength and adhesion of the base surface. | ||||||||||||||||||
| ④Anti-corrosion Epoxy Primer | Apply one roller coat of sealing-type anti-corrosion epoxy primer with strong adhesion to strengthen the bonding force between the substrate and glass fiber cloth. | ||||||||||||||||||
| ⑤Glass Fiber Cloth Laying | Lay the glass fiber cloth flat, bond it to the floor with mixed epoxy intermediate coating, and level evenly with a putty knife to ensure uniform coverage. Reinforce floor toughness by laying 1 to 3 layers as required. | ||||||||||||||||||
| ⑥Anti-corrosion Epoxy Intermediate Coat | Mix epoxy intermediate coat with appropriate quartz sand, and apply 1 to 3 even coats with a trowel. | ||||||||||||||||||
| ⑦Anti-corrosion Epoxy Putty | Apply 2 to 3 coats as required until the surface is flat and pore-free to facilitate topcoat construction. | ||||||||||||||||||
| ⑧Anti-corrosion Epoxy Color Coat | Apply two roller coats of anti-corrosion epoxy color paint for uniform color. | ||||||||||||||||||
| ⑨Anti-corrosion Epoxy Topcoat | Trowel one coat of anti-corrosion epoxy self-leveling topcoat, or apply two roller coats of anti-corrosion clear topcoat. The finished floor is bright, clean and uniform in color. | ||||||||||||||||||
| ⑩Completion of Construction | Pedestrian access after 24 hours; heavy load access after 72 hours. The floor can be put into service after 7 days of curing. (Based on 25℃; the access time shall be appropriately extended at low temperature. Keep the floor free of water during the curing period.) | ||||||||||||||||||
