| Construction Process | |||||||||||||||||||
| ①Waterproof Treatment | Waterproofing shall be completed for ground floors on the first floor. | ||||||||||||||||||
| ②Substrate Treatment | Repair, grind and remove dust according to the actual condition of the base surface. | ||||||||||||||||||
| ③Epoxy Primer | Apply 1 to 2 roller coats of epoxy primer with high permeability and adhesion to enhance the strength and bonding performance of the substrate. | ||||||||||||||||||
| ④Vinyl Ester Primer | Apply one roller coat of high-adhesion vinyl ester resin compound mixed with appropriate thinner to strengthen the bonding force between the substrate and fiberglass cloth. | ||||||||||||||||||
| ⑤Fiberglass Cloth Laying | Lay the fiberglass cloth flat on the floor, adhere it with mixed vinyl ester intermediate coating, and level evenly with a trowel. Apply 1 to 3 layers as required. | ||||||||||||||||||
| ⑥Vinyl Ester Intermediate Coat | Apply 1 to 2 even coats of mixed vinyl ester intermediate paint with a trowel. | ||||||||||||||||||
| ⑦Vinyl Ester Putty | Apply two even coats of prepared vinyl ester intermediate paint with a trowel. | ||||||||||||||||||
| ⑧Vinyl Ester Topcoat | Trowel one coat of mixed vinyl ester self-leveling topcoat, or roll two coats of vinyl ester roller topcoat. The finished floor features a bright, clean and uniform color appearance. | ||||||||||||||||||
| ⑨Completion of Construction | Pedestrian access is allowed after 24 hours; heavy load access is permitted after 72 hours; formal commissioning is available after 7 days of curing. (Based on 25℃ standard temperature; the accessible time shall be appropriately extended at low temperature. Keep the floor free of water during the curing period.) | ||||||||||||||||||
