| Construction Process | |||||||||||||||||||
| ①Waterproof Treatment | Waterproofing shall be completed for ground floors on the first floor. | ||||||||||||||||||
| ②Base Surface Treatment | Grind, repair and remove dust according to the actual substrate condition. | ||||||||||||||||||
| ③Epoxy Primer | Apply 1 to 2 roller coats of high-permeability and high-adhesion epoxy primer to improve substrate strength and bonding performance. | ||||||||||||||||||
| ④Anti-corrosion Epoxy Sealer Primer | Apply one roller coat of sealing anti-corrosion epoxy primer with strong adhesion to strengthen the bonding force between the surface and glass fiber cloth. | ||||||||||||||||||
| ⑤Glass Fiber Cloth Laying | Lay glass fiber cloth flat, adhere it to the floor with mixed epoxy intermediate coating, then level evenly with a trowel to enhance floor toughness. Apply 1 to 3 layers as required. | ||||||||||||||||||
| ⑥Anti-corrosion Epoxy Intermediate Coat | Mix epoxy intermediate coating with appropriate quartz sand, and apply evenly 1 to 3 coats with a trowel. | ||||||||||||||||||
| ⑦Anti-corrosion Epoxy Putty | Apply 2 to 3 coats as required until the surface is flat and pore-free to facilitate topcoat construction. | ||||||||||||||||||
| ⑧Anti-corrosion Epoxy Color Coat | Roll on two coats of anti-corrosion epoxy color paint to achieve uniform color. | ||||||||||||||||||
| ⑨Anti-corrosion Epoxy Topcoat | Trowel one coat of anti-corrosion epoxy self-leveling topcoat, or apply two roller coats of anti-corrosion clear coat. The finished floor is bright, clean and uniform in color. | ||||||||||||||||||
| ⑩Completion & Curing | Pedestrian access after 24 hours; heavy load access after 72 hours; official use allowed after 7 days of curing. (Reference temperature: 25℃; opening time shall be appropriately extended at low temperature. Keep the floor free of water during curing.) | ||||||||||||||||||
