| ①Base Surface Treatment | Grind, repair and remove dust according to the actual condition of the substrate. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| ②Epoxy Primer | Roll-coat 1 to 2 coats of high-permeability and high-adhesion epoxy primer to form an even surface without whitening, so as to improve the strength and adhesion of the base layer. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| ③Epoxy Mortar Intermediate Coat | Mix epoxy resin with an appropriate amount of quartz sand, apply one even coat with a trowel to enhance the floor's pressure resistance and impact resistance. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| ④Quartz Sand Spreading | Evenly spread one layer of 60～120 mesh quartz sand over the floor surface. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| ⑤Epoxy Topcoat | Apply two roller coats of epoxy topcoat to make the floor dustproof, waterproof, wear-resistant, impact-resistant and easy to clean. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| ⑥Completion of Construction | Pedestrian access is permitted after 24 hours; heavy load access is allowed after 72 hours.
