| ①Base Surface Treatment | Grind, repair and remove dust according to the actual condition of the substrate. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| ②Epoxy Primer | Roll-coat 1 to 2 coats of epoxy primer with excellent permeability and adhesion to form an even, non-whitening surface, so as to improve substrate strength and bonding force. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| ③Epoxy Mortar Intermediate Coat | Mix epoxy resin with appropriate quartz sand, apply one even coat with a trowel to enhance the floor's pressure resistance and impact resistance. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| ④Quartz Sand Spreading | Evenly spread one layer of 16～26 mesh quartz sand on the floor surface. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
