Generally speaking, after long-term service and inadequate maintenance, ordinary floors are prone to various problems, including pits, sanding, hollowing, peeling, cracking, dusting, discoloration and unevenness. These issues are especially common on older concrete floors.

To improve the service efficiency of workshop floors and optimize the production environment, defective floor areas need professional renovation and treatment. A complete full-scale epoxy floor reconstruction would incur much higher costs. For factories occupying leased premises, completely rebuilding the floor is not cost-effective. 1. Grind the old floor

   Carry out grinding treatment on all damaged areas of the original floor.
2. Apply floor primer

   Ensure the base surface is basically level before priming. The height deviation of pits and depressions shall not exceed 3 cm, so as to guarantee the finished epoxy floor delivers high quality and long service life.
3. Apply intermediate coating

   Normally apply two coats of intermediate paint. For severely shelled and delaminated areas, apply more than two coats as required.
4. Apply topcoat and overall leveling

   Finish with topcoat application and conduct comprehensive leveling treatment for the entire floor.
