| ①Base Surface Treatment | Grind, repair and remove dust according to the actual condition of the base surface. | ||||||||||||||||||||
| ②Water-based Primer | Roll one coat of high-permeability and high-adhesion water-based epoxy primer to enhance base strength and bonding adhesion. | ||||||||||||||||||||
| ③Water-based Resin Mortar Leveling | Pour liquid additive into a mixing container, add aggregate proportionally while stirring continuously, then add proper amount of water and mix thoroughly into a homogeneous mortar free of particles and lumps. Trowel the mortar evenly to control coating thickness, then level the surface with a finishing trowel. | ||||||||||||||||||||
| ④Acrylic Intermediate Coat | Mix acrylic intermediate resin with appropriate quartz sand, apply two even coats with a trowel to improve floor pressure resistance, impact resistance and anti-slip performance. | ||||||||||||||||||||
| ⑤Acrylic Topcoat | Roll-coat two coats of colored topcoat to achieve uniform overall floor color. | ||||||||||||||||||||
| ⑥Line Marking | Mark lines in accordance with standard sports court specifications. | ||||||||||||||||||||
| ⑦Acrylic Clear Topcoat | Apply one roller coat of high-wear-resistance colorless water-based sealer. It endows the floor with dustproof, waterproof, wear-resistant and anti-corrosion properties and easy cleaning. The finished floor features uniform color and soft luster. | ||||||||||||||||||||
| ⑧Completion of Construction | Pedestrian access is allowed after 24 hours; heavy load access is permitted after 72 hours. (Based on 25℃; the opening time shall be appropriately extended at low temperature. Keep the floor free of water during the curing period.) | ||||||||||||||||||||
