| Construction Process | ||||||||||||||||
| ① Base Treatment | Roughen the surface by sandblasting or grinding, clean thoroughly and fully moisten with water. | |||||||||||||||
| ② Concrete Leveling Layer | Pour cement mortar with a thickness of over 30mm or fine aggregate concrete over 50mm, with the concrete strength reaching above C25. | |||||||||||||||
| ③ Diamond Abrasive Layer | Evenly spread two-thirds of the hardener (metallic or non-metallic aggregate) first, allow the material to fully absorb moisture from the concrete, then level with a power trowel. Spread the remaining one-third hardener evenly and level again. Repeat leveling and finishing until the concrete surface remains intact. | |||||||||||||||
| ④ Curing Layer | Spray one coat of curing agent 4～8 hours after leveling and finishing, when the surface reaches pedestrian-bearing strength. | |||||||||||||||
| ⑤Joint Cutting | Cut expansion joints in accordance with design specifications after 24 hours. | |||||||||||||||
| ⑥Completion of Construction | Pedestrian access is permitted after 24 hours. The curing period shall be no less than 28 days. (Based on 25°C; the opening time shall be appropriately extended at low temperature.) | |||||||||||||||
