| Floor Characteristics | The penetrative sealing hardener is an eco-friendly water-based liquid hardener composed of special colloidal silica. It can effectively penetrate into the concrete surface and chemically react and crystallize with chemical components inside the concrete, forming a dense and solid surface layer. It effectively prevents penetration of water and oil stains, and provides chemical corrosion resistance. | ① Substrate Treatment | Before construction, clean and remove debris and oil stains from the concrete floor. Repair large cracks with cement-based polymer caulking agent to reduce material consumption. If the floor surface is relatively rough, apply one coat of fine cement slurry. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| ② Floor Grinding | Wet-grind the floor twice with 50# grinding discs, then wet-grind four times respectively with 100#, 200#, 800# and 1000# grinding discs following the same procedure until the surface becomes smooth. Rinse the floor thoroughly with water after grinding. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| ③ Hardener Application | Allow the cleaned floor to air-dry for 30–60 minutes until no standing water remains, then start hardener construction. Spray the hardener evenly over the floor with a sprayer, and immediately spread it uniformly with a rubber broom while spraying. Continuously spray hardener on the semi-dry surface to keep the floor moist for 30 minutes without water pooling. Pedestrian operation is permitted 6 hours after construction; no standing water is allowed on the floor during this period. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| ④ Protective Agent Application | Apply the protective agent 24 hours after hardener construction. Thoroughly remove dust from the floor, spray the protective agent evenly with a sprayer, and immediately mop the surface uniformly with a 100% polyester mop. Finally, polish the floor with a high-speed polisher until the surface is smooth and glossy. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| ⑤ Completion & Curing | Pedestrian access allowed after 24 hours; heavy load access permitted after 72 hours. The crystallization period is completed within 14 days to form a strong surface layer. (Reference temperature: 25℃; the accessible time shall be appropriately extended at low temperature. Keep the floor free of water during curing.) | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
