Maintenance rules for epoxy flooring

1. Generally, the construction of epoxy flooring adopts the form of simultaneous production and construction, which requires sufficient isolation of the construction site to prevent other sand particles, dust and other debris from infiltrating the wet floor paint film

2. The entire floor should be cleaned and maintained, especially the entrance and exit areas, which should be kept clean every day

3. If there are sand particles or other debris on the ground, remember to remove them in a timely manner to avoid rolling and damaging the floor

When entering the floor, try to change shoes or put on shoe covers, or wear clean shoes with softer soles to enter. This can not only avoid the cleanliness of the ground, but also prevent the introduction of sediment and other debris into the floor

5. If forklifts or other tools need to enter the floor, try not to brake abruptly to avoid damaging the ground with excessive friction

6. When unloading the brake, try to place the goods flat to avoid tilting

7. Some floors may experience oil leakage, so please report it for repair in a timely manner. At the same time, attention should be paid to maintaining cleanliness at all times, as oil stains are more prone to dust accumulation

If oil leaks from work to the ground, clean it up as soon as possible to avoid accumulation. Accumulated oil stains and dust are difficult to remove after solidification

If there is a problem or serious damage to the floor, it should be reported for repair as soon as possible
