Client Introduction

Northwest University traces its origin back to Shaanxi University Hall founded in 1902. It first adopted the name Northwest University in 1912 and was renamed National Northwest University in August 1923.

After the outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression in 1937, National Peking University, National Peking Normal University, National Beiyang Institute of Technology and other institutions moved inland to Shaanxi and jointly established National Xi'an Provisional University. It was renamed National Northwest Associated University in 1938, and resumed the name National Northwest University in August 1939.
