At a room temperature of 25 ℃, the surface drying time can be controlled within 10-15 minutes, and the actual drying time does not exceed 60 minutes. Compared with hot melt coatings, it greatly shortens the time for road closure and site occupation. Even in enclosed spaces such as factory workshops and underground parking lots, rapid solidification can reduce the interference of construction on production and operation, especially suitable for marking projects with high traffic flow and tight schedules.


2. Strong adhesion, wear resistance, and durability

Through the chemical bonding between epoxy resin and substrate, a strong adhesion layer is formed. When tested using the cross cut method, the coating does not peel off, and the adhesion index reaches over 2MPa, far exceeding the industry's upper limit standard of 4.0MPa. 1. Preparation before construction

The substrate needs to be dry and clean (moisture content ≤ 6%), removing oil stains, floating dust, and residual old markings. For cement floors, it is recommended to first apply epoxy sealing primer to enhance adhesion. The construction environment temperature should be controlled between 5-35 ℃, with a relative humidity of ≤ 85%, and construction should be avoided in rainy, windy, or direct sunlight conditions. According to the design requirements, use an ink fountain to mark the reference line. Set control points every 50m for straight sections and increase the density to every 10m for curved sections to ensure a straight and accurate line shape.


2. Construction method

Hand pushed or vehicle mounted cold spray marking machines (pressure 0.3-0.5MPa) are used for large-scale construction, with nozzles 10-15cm above the ground and moving at a constant speed (2-4km/h) to ensure uniform thickness (0.2-0.4mm); For small areas, brushing or rolling can be used, and the same direction should be maintained during brushing to avoid sagging. If viscosity needs to be adjusted, the amount of special diluent added should be controlled at 0-5% and should not be excessive to avoid affecting performance.
