Epoxy floor primer coating construction - poor curing

Cause:

1. Improper primer ingredients

2. The curing time between primer coatings is too short

3. The construction environment is too humid

Prevention or handling methods:

1. When preparing ingredients, strictly follow the material instructions. If the primer is not dry, it should be removed and the epoxy primer should be reapplied

2. The drying time for each coat of primer is 4-6 hours (based on 25 ℃) to prevent the previous process from not fully curing before directly applying the next process

3. Epoxy flooring construction should be carried out at temperatures above 5 ℃ and humidity below 80%
