Scope of Application

① Communication equipment and precision electronics manufacturing plants;

② Military factories and hazardous chemical warehouses;

③ Factory floors requiring high-standard anti-static performance.

Construction Process

①Waterproofing Treatment

Waterproofing work shall be completed for ground floors on the first floor.

②Base Surface Treatment

Grind, repair and remove dust according to the actual condition of the substrate.

③Static Conductive Primer

Roll 1 to 2 coats of static conductive epoxy primer with high permeability and adhesion to enhance surface bonding strength.

④Copper Foil Laying

Lay conductive copper foil in a grid pattern to effectively release accumulated static electricity and complete grounding treatment.

⑤Static Conductive Intermediate Coat

Apply several even coats of static conductive intermediate material with a trowel.

⑥Static Conductive Putty

Apply two coats of static conductive putty until the surface is flat and pore-free without trowel marks and sanding marks.

⑦Static Conductive Topcoat

Trowel one coat of static conductive self-leveling topcoat or roll-coat two coats. Its volume/surface resistivity ranges from 5×10⁴～1×10⁶Ω. The finished floor is bright, clean and uniform in color.

⑧Completion of Construction

Pedestrian access is allowed after 24 hours; heavy load access is permitted after 72 hours. (Based on 25℃ standard temperature; the accessible time shall be properly extended at low temperature. Keep the floor free of water during the curing period.)
