| Construction Process | |
| ① | The copper foil for the conductive ground grid shall be 10~20mm in width and 0.05~0.08mm in thickness. |
| ② | The conductive ground grid shall be laid in a 2m × 2m grid pattern (well-shaped). All copper foil intersections shall be firmly bonded to integrate the entire anti-static floor into a unified system. |
| ③ | One grounding terminal shall be led out for every 100 m² floor area; each independent room shall be equipped with no less than 2 grounding terminals. Connect the terminals to the building ground with 2.5 mm² copper wire. |
| ④ | Connect all anti-static grounding joints on the floor indoors with 6 mm² copper wire. |
| ⑤ | Connect the indoor grounding system to three outdoor steel rods with 16 mm² copper wire. |
| ⑥ | Embed three steel rods of Φ20 mm, length 1 m; burying depth is 0.5 m from the top of the rod to the ground surface. Arrange the rods in a straight line with a spacing of 3 m, and connect them in series with 16 mm² copper conductor. The grounding resistance can be controlled below 10 Ω. |
