| Construction Process | |||||||||||||||||||
| ①Waterproofing Treatment | Waterproofing work shall be completed for ground floors on the first floor. | ||||||||||||||||||
| ②Base Surface Treatment | Grind, repair and remove dust according to the actual condition of the base surface. | ||||||||||||||||||
| ③Epoxy Primer | Roll-coat 1 to 2 coats of epoxy primer with high permeability and adhesion to improve base strength and bonding performance. | ||||||||||||||||||
| ④Anti-corrosion Epoxy Sealer Primer | Apply one coat of sealing anti-corrosion epoxy primer with strong adhesion to strengthen the bonding force between the surface and glass fiber cloth. | ||||||||||||||||||
| ⑤Glass Fiber Cloth Laying | Lay the glass fiber cloth flat, adhere it to the floor surface with mixed epoxy intermediate coat, then level the material with a putty knife for even coverage. This improves floor toughness; apply 1 to 3 layers as required. | ||||||||||||||||||
| ⑥Anti-corrosion Epoxy Intermediate Coat | Mix epoxy intermediate coat with appropriate quartz sand, and apply evenly 1 to 3 coats with a trowel. | ||||||||||||||||||
| ⑦Anti-corrosion Epoxy Putty | Apply 2 to 3 coats as needed until the surface is flat and pore-free to facilitate topcoat construction. | ||||||||||||||||||
| ⑧Anti-corrosion Epoxy Color Coat | Roll-coat two coats of anti-corrosion epoxy color paint to achieve uniform color. | ||||||||||||||||||
| ⑨Anti-corrosion Epoxy Topcoat | Apply one trowel coat of anti-corrosion epoxy self-leveling topcoat, or two roller coats of anti-corrosion clear topcoat. The finished floor is bright, clean and uniform in color. | ||||||||||||||||||
| ⑩Completion of Construction | Pedestrian access allowed after 24 hours; heavy load access permitted after 72 hours. The floor can be put into official use after 7 days of curing. (Based on 25℃; the curing time shall be appropriately extended at low temperature. Keep the floor free of water during the maintenance period.) | ||||||||||||||||||
