1. Base Moisture Content: Non-waterborne epoxy flooring cannot be constructed when the base moisture content exceeds 6%.

2. Air Humidity: Construction shall be suspended when the relative air humidity is above 85%.

3. Construction Temperature: Special formula materials shall be adopted if the construction temperature is lower than 5℃.

Maintenance of Epoxy Flooring

Epoxy flooring is a high-grade, high-quality and high-standard product that requires careful maintenance. Proper usage can keep the floor brand-new for a long time and extend its service life. The maintenance guidelines are as follows:

1. All personnel entering the workshop must change shoes to prevent outdoor sediment and sand from being brought in and scratching the floor surface.

2. The legs of all hardware equipment shall be wrapped with soft plastic or rubber to avoid scratching the floor during use.

3. When dragging pallets, fully lift the pallets off the ground. Special attention shall be paid to the pallet corners when turning to prevent scraping the floor.

4. Clean the floor with a soft mop or wet-dry vacuum cleaner. Clean with clean water or neutral detergent, and take precautions against slippery wet surfaces.

5. For wear and scratches caused by long-term use, local repairing can be carried out for small areas; for large damaged areas, it is recommended to re-roll or trowel coat the surface once again.

6. Use hard or elastic rubber wheels for trolleys and hand trucks, and separate their use inside and outside the factory workshop.
