Brief Introduction to the Grade Evaluation Management Measures for Jinfeng Epoxy Flooring Construction Enterprises

To maintain market order in the epoxy flooring industry, promote the long-term and healthy development of flooring enterprises, and ensure flooring projects are completed with guaranteed quality and quantity, relevant national regulations have formulated administrative measures for the grade evaluation of flooring construction enterprises. The provisions are introduced as follows:

1. Application

   All qualified enterprises may submit an application to the Secretariat of the Flooring Industry Branch.
   
   
2. Evaluation and Review

   The review is conducted by industry experts. First, the documents submitted by the applying enterprise are examined, followed by an on-site inspection. Enterprises that pass the review will be awarded a flooring construction enterprise grade certificate issued by the Branch, and the Branch will publicize certified enterprises through relevant media channels.
   
   
3. Supervision and Management

   Certified enterprises shall properly keep the certificates and are not allowed to damage, deface or alter them. Project subcontracting to unqualified and uncertified enterprises is prohibited. Starting from the certification date, enterprises shall submit annual completion project reports to the Branch every year.
   
   
4. Grade Classification

   Epoxy flooring construction enterprises are classified into four grades: First Class Grade A, Second Class Grade A, Grade B and Grade C.
   
   
5. Grade Promotion

   Enterprises may conduct self-evaluation six months after obtaining the certificate and submit a promotion application to the Branch.
   
   
6. Certificate Issuance

   The certificate is valid for three years from the date of issuance.
