Epoxy flooring features excellent compressive strength and impact resistance, delivering superior durability and a relatively long service life. The construction thickness of epoxy mortar and epoxy self-leveling intermediate layer can locally level uneven base surfaces, ensuring a smooth finished floor, and improving usability, aesthetics and crack resistance.

Notes on Epoxy Floor Maintenance

1. Do not allow blunt or sharp objects to impact the floor surface.

2. All personnel entering the workshop must change into dedicated shoes to prevent external sediment and sand from being brought in and scratching the floor.

3. The legs of iron chairs, iron tables, iron shelves and other hard furniture shall be wrapped with soft plastic or rubber pads to avoid scratching the floor during use.

4. When moving goods and equipment, fully lift the pallet off the ground. Take special care with pallet corners when turning to prevent scraping the floor.

5. Lay hard cartons on the floor before equipment is moved into the workshop to avoid floor scratches during equipment transportation.

6. Use soft or elastic rubber wheels for trolleys and hand trucks, and keep them for separate use inside and outside the factory building.

7. Clean the floor with a soft mop or wet-and-dry vacuum cleaner. Clean with clean water or neutral detergent, and watch out for slippery floor surfaces when wet. Place plastic mats at the connecting passages inside and outside the workshop to absorb sand, dust and iron filings.

8. For local wear and scratches caused by long-term use, partial repair is acceptable for small areas; for large damaged areas, roller recoating is recommended.

9. Floor waxing treatment can be carried out regularly as appropriate.
