The Changchun Building Energy-saving Exhibition came into being to meet the needs of reform and the market economy. Since 2006, it has been successfully held for six consecutive sessions. The exhibition scale has expanded from 3,000 square meters at the first session to 20,000 square meters covering four exhibition halls today.

With the implementation of the Revitalization of Northeast Old Industrial Bases strategy, a new round of urban construction, renovation and rural urbanization is being further advanced in Northeast China.
