construction technology

① Natural treatment: carry out polishing, repair, and dust removal work according to the natural conditions of the land;

② Epoxy Primer: Apply a layer of highly permeable and adhesive epoxy primer by rolling to enhance the adhesion of the ground to the epoxy floor;  

③ Epoxy intermediate coating: Apply epoxy intermediate coating evenly with a trowel in a weight ratio of 6:1 to enhance the flatness of the ground;  

④ Yellow line: Draw a yellow line and protect it after drying;

⑤ Epoxy intermediate coating: Apply epoxy intermediate coating evenly with a trowel in a weight ratio of 6:1 to enhance the pressure resistance and impact resistance of the ground;  

⑥ Sanding: Sprinkle a layer of 25 mesh quartz sand before the soil layer is fully solidified to enhance the anti slip properties of the ground;  

⑦ Epoxy solvent-free primer: A layer of epoxy solvent-free primer with strong permeability and adhesion is applied by rolling to increase the adhesion of quartz sand;

⑧ Epoxy topcoat: Apply two layers of epoxy topcoat by rolling to make the ground dustproof, waterproof, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean. After completion, the overall floor is bright and clean, with uniform color, no bubbles, and no hollowing;  

⑨ After the construction is completed, people can only enter after 24 hours, and heavy pressure and water flushing can only be carried out after 72 hours (based on 25 ℃, the opening time should be moderately extended at low temperatures)
