Floor characteristics: flat and seamless, wear-resistant and pressure resistant, waterproof and oil resistant, strong impact resistance, able to withstand the driving of forklifts weighing 2-3 tons or more and heavy machine pressure; Excellent anti slip performance.

Scope of application: Suitable for various parking lots and also for ground surfaces with high wear and tear.

Construction technology:

1. Ground treatment: Polish, repair, and remove dust according to the condition of the ground;

2. Epoxy Primer: Apply a layer of highly permeable and adhesive epoxy primer by rolling to enhance the adhesion of the substrate to the epoxy floor;

3. Epoxy batch soil: Use epoxy batch soil for two layers of construction to enhance the pressure resistance, impact resistance, and flatness of the ground;

4. Intermediate application of epoxy mortar: Add an appropriate amount of quartz sand to the epoxy resin, and evenly apply it with a trowel to enhance the pressure resistance and impact resistance of the ground;

5. Sprinkle quartz sand: Spread quartz sand evenly on the ground;

6. Epoxy topcoat: Apply two layers of epoxy topcoat by rolling to make the ground dustproof, waterproof, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean.

7 Construction completion: After completion, the overall floor is bright and clean, with uniform color, no bubbles, and no hollowing.
