1. Super strong environmental tolerance, suitable for harsh outdoor tests

Ultraviolet radiation, drastic changes in temperature and humidity, and erosion from rain and snow are the main factors causing floor damage in outdoor environments. This product can effectively block the damage of UV rays to floor pigments by adding high-efficiency UV absorbers, ensuring that the color remains stable after long-term exposure, and is bright and new after cleaning without fading. In terms of high and low temperature adaptability, it can be used for a long time in the range of -40 ℃~120 ℃. The 12mm thick coating can withstand short-term thermal shock at 150 ℃, and the winter freeze-thaw cycle in northern regions will not cause the coating to crack or peel off. At the same time, its excellent waterproof and alkali resistance can prevent rainwater, snow melting agents, and other substances from penetrating the base layer, avoiding problems such as concrete alkali return and weathering. After 28 days of testing and curing, the coating can increase the compressive strength of the base layer from 40-55Mpa of ordinary concrete to over 75.5Mpa.

The specially optimized anti-skid design keeps the anti-skid coefficient (BPN) at 70-85 in wet conditions, which is comparable to professional anti-skid asphalt and much higher than ceramic tiles (45-55) and polished stone (30-40), greatly improving the safety factor of areas such as swimming pools, trails, and parking lots.
