Scope of Application:
Workshops and warehouses of various factories including garment factories, printing factories, mold factories, chemical plants, toy factories, textile mills, electronics factories, screen printing factories, paper products factories, as well as (underground) parking lots, supermarkets and large retail stores.
Construction Process:
1.Base Surface Treatment: Grind, repair and remove dust according to the condition of the base surface.
2.Epoxy Primer: Apply one coat of highly permeable and adhesive epoxy primer to enhance surface adhesion.
3.Epoxy Putty: Apply multiple coats as needed to achieve a smooth surface free of holes, trowel marks and sanding marks.
4.Epoxy Topcoat: Roll on solvent-based epoxy topcoat or non-slip topcoat. The finished surface is bright, clean, uniform in color and free of hollowing.
5.Completion: Foot traffic is allowed after 24 hours; heavy load is allowed after 72 hours (based on 25°C; extend the curing time appropriately at low temperatures).
