Client Introduction

Portofino is located in the northwest of Overseas Chinese Town (OCT), Shenzhen. Designed based on the world-famous Italian scenic town of Portofino, it perfectly blends elegant Mediterranean style with the tourism culture of OCT.

Taking full advantage of OCT’s natural landscape resources, the community centers on the 70,000-square-meter Yanqi Lake and the 40,000-square-meter Swan Lake. Buildings are constructed in line with the natural terrain. Naturally divided by urban roads of OCT, it consists of three major residential clusters: Pure Waterfront, Swan Castle and Fragrant Mountain, with a total construction area of over one million square meters.

Each residential cluster features a full range of high-end residences, including lakeside independent villas, townhouses, multi-storey buildings, mid-rise and high-rise apartments. It is also equipped with an Italian-style commercial street, waterfront plaza, bell tower, clubhouse, lakeside wooden boardwalks and lakeside café terraces, creating an upscale lifestyle with strong humanistic charm.

Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town is not only one of the most well-known areas in Shenzhen, but also the headquarters base of Overseas Chinese Town Group. Covering a total land area of 6 square kilometers, its territory stretches from Qiaocheng East Road in the east to Shahe West Road in the west, and from Qiaoxiang Road and North Ring Avenue in the north down to Binhai Avenue in the south.
