Panasonic Environmental Systems (Guangdong) Co., Ltd., formerly known as Shunde Panasonic Seiko Co., Ltd., was established on September 13, 1993 as a Sino-Japanese joint venture.
On May 28, 2003, it was restructured into a wholly-owned enterprise of Panasonic, Japan. In April 2005, it absorbed and merged Beijing Panasonic Seiko Co., Ltd. as its branch company.
The company is mainly engaged in the design, manufacturing and sales of Panasonic-branded products, including ventilation fans, range hoods, dryers, air purifiers, humidifiers, electric fans, heat exchanger components and air curtain units.
As a pioneer in the U.S. industry, Panasonic Environmental Systems was among the first to obtain the energy-saving product certification and awarded the "Energy Star" honor by the U.S. environmental authority. Its products have gained widespread trust and recognition across the globe.
