Client Introduction

Lee Man Paper Manufacturing Limited was founded in 1994. It has developed from a small enterprise into one of the world’s leading producers of containerboard and pulp.

The Group was listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 26 September 2003 (Stock Code: 02314). It mainly manufactures various grades and specifications of kraft linerboard and corrugating medium for packaging, to meet the packaging needs of different industries. Over the past years, the Group has been committed to expanding its scale and developing a vertical business model covering pulping, afforestation and waste paper recycling, so as to ensure a stable supply of raw materials.

The Group currently owns five production plants in China, strategically located in Huangyong and Hongmei of Dongguan, Changshu of Jiangsu, Chongqing and Guangxi. In addition, the Group will set up production facilities in Vietnam. It continuously invests in advanced equipment and research and development, striving to deliver high-quality and cost-effective products.

In 2008, the Group’s annual production capacity of containerboard and pulp stood at 3.76 million tons and 150,000 tons respectively. It was estimated that by 2010, the annual capacity would reach 4.18 million tons and 300,000 tons.

Apart from maintaining steady business development, Lee Man Paper actively fulfills its social responsibilities, with particular emphasis on environmental protection. The Group invests heavily in and implements effective environmental protection measures, earning wide recognition from society. Meanwhile, its production plants have repeatedly obtained international certifications in quality and environmental management systems.
