| Water-based Resin Mortar | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| ① Base Treatment: Waterproofing shall be completed in advance for ground floor surfaces. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| ② Apply one even roller coat of high-permeability and high-adhesion water-based epoxy resin primer to improve bonding strength between waterproof material and substrate. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| ③ Pour liquid additive into a mixing container, add aggregate proportionally while stirring continuously, then add an appropriate amount of water and fully mix into a homogeneous mortar free of particles and lumps. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| ④ Trowel the mortar evenly and control the coating thickness, then level the surface with a finishing trowel. Construct in two coats to reach a total thickness of over 2mm. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Polymer Cement Mortar | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| ① Base Treatment: Clean surface stains; grind, dedust and clean the floor according to the actual substrate condition. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| ② Mix the liquid component of high-permeability and high-adhesion polymer cement mortar with the matching powder component, stir thoroughly, then apply evenly 2 to 3 coats by brushing. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| ③ It accelerates hydration and dispersion of cement particles, greatly reduces water consumption, and seals capillary channels and pores left by water evaporation after mortar hardening. It prevents dry shrinkage cracking, lowers water absorption, and achieves excellent waterproofing, crack resistance and impermeability. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| ④ Construction of mortar protective layer or decorative layer shall be carried out 2 days after the completion of the waterproof layer. For convenient construction, spread clean medium-coarse sand immediately after the final coat of waterproof coating. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
