3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.

3.1 Epoxy resin flooring primer

A coating composed of epoxy resin, curing agent, diluent, and other additives, which is directly applied to the ground substrate during the coating of epoxy resin floor coating materials, and plays a role in sealing and bonding.

3.2 Self leveling epoxy resin flooring coating material

A ground material composed of epoxy resin, diluent, curing agent, and other additives that can flow and level after mixing or with slight assistance when spread.

3.3 Thin Epoxy Resin Floor Coating Material

The ground coating material is composed of epoxy resin, diluent, curing agent, and other additives, and is applied by spraying, rolling, or brushing methods. It is usually applied once with a dry film thickness of less than 100 μ m.
