Epoxy flooring has batch knife marks

1. Plain land treatment: ① The basic plain land is based on cement powder smooth surface or grinding stone ground; ② Natural land needs to be maintained for more than 28 days, and the water content should be below 8% before construction. If there are unevenness or hollowing in the natural land, they should be removed; ③ Fill the ground with epoxy mortar; ④ The oil stains on the bare land need to be thoroughly cleaned; ⑤ Before construction, it is necessary to keep the construction site dry and clean;  

2. The primer layer ① must be kept clean before construction. If any debris adheres, it must be removed. Mix the main agent and hardener in the correct proportion and stir thoroughly; ② Adjust the appropriate viscosity according to the ground conditions and mix the materials. The construction should be completed within 4 hours; ③ The curing and hardening time of the bottom coating is about 8 hours or more.

3. The intermediate coating ① needs to be kept clean before construction. If any debris adheres, it should be removed. Mix the main agent and hardener in the correct proportion and stir thoroughly; ② Add an appropriate amount of mixed resin to quartz sand; ③ Apply the material evenly with a trowel; ④ The mixed materials need to be completed within 30 minutes for construction; ⑤ Ensure proper handover handling at the construction handover point; ⑥ The curing and hardening time of the intermediate coating is about 8 hours or more.

4. Batch soil layer ① Mix the main agent and hardener in the correct proportion and stir thoroughly; ② Apply the material evenly using a batch knife; ③ The mixed materials need to be completed within 30 minutes for construction; ④ The soil curing and hardening time is about 8 hours or more; ⑤ According to the actual needs, the construction should meet the requirements of being flat without holes, without batch knife marks or sanding marks.

5. The surface coating should be kept clean before construction, and any debris adhering to it should be removed; ② Stir the main agent evenly before use; ③ Mix the main agent and hardener in the correct proportion and stir thoroughly; ④ The material should be evenly coated and mixed using a roller or trowel, and the construction should be completed within 30 minutes; ⑤ Handover handling should be done well at the construction handover point;  

⑥ After the construction is completed, people can enter after 24 hours, and heavy pressure can only be applied after 72 hours (based on 250C, the opening time should be moderately extended at low temperatures)
