Poor curing of epoxy floor topcoat:

1. Improper coating ingredients

2. The construction curing time between layers is too short

3. The construction environment is too humid

Prevention or handling methods:

1. When preparing ingredients, the material usage instructions should be provided. For non drying intermediate coatings, they should be removed and re applied

2. The drying time for each coat of intermediate coating is 8-10 hours to prevent the previous process from not fully curing before directly applying the next process

3. Epoxy flooring construction should be carried out at temperatures above 5 ℃ and humidity below 80%
