5. Aliphatic solvent acrylic polyurethane exterior wall coating.

The architectural coatings of the 21st century not only require high strength, long-lasting weather resistance, and decorative effects, but also need to achieve air purification, antibacterial, and anti mold effects, and must have functions that are beneficial to health.

2、 To meet the requirements of health, environmental protection, and safety, develop low VOC environmentally friendly, antibacterial, and low toxicity building coatings.

Mainly including: developing and promoting water-based paint series, developing green and environmentally friendly and antibacterial interior wall latex paint; Developing safe polyurethane wood decorative coatings; Developing high solid content coatings and developing powder coatings and radiation cured coatings.

Traditional organic antibacterial agents are harmful to the human body and have a short lifespan, making them unsuitable for widespread use in building materials. New technologies such as soap free lotion polymerization, micronized hydrosol, organic-inorganic and organic-inorganic core-shell composite lotion polymerization and interpenetrating network have been adopted in lotion polymerization abroad. The developed emulsion paint has excellent water resistance, low temperature film-forming property and excellent weather resistance. These lotion are the direction of developing high-quality water-based architectural coatings in the future.
