Jinfeng Epoxy Flooring Company participated in Tsinghua University's "Team and Me, Joining Hands to Assist in the 'Responsibility and Gratitude Training Camp'

December 8-9, 2012 was a special weekend for the 10 employees of Jinfeng.

Under the leadership of Vice Presidents Jin Feng, we went to the beautiful Songshan Lake to participate in a special training course organized by the Shenzhen Research Institute of Tsinghua University, where we worked together to promote mutual assistance, responsibility, and gratitude. At 6:10 am on the morning of the 8th, employees of Jinfeng Epoxy Flooring Company sat on the bus heading to Songshan Lake with excitement in their arms. Along the way, everyone's expectations for the course were filled with laughter and joy. Of course, what was discussed more was gratitude towards the company owner for such public welfare benefits.

Jinfeng Coating Chemical Co., Ltd. is a Taiwanese funded company specializing in the production and construction of epoxy flooring. Jinfeng Company has a history of 20 years since its establishment in 1993. During these 20 years, Jinfeng Company has been focusing on the epoxy flooring industry with a customer-oriented and people-oriented philosophy, and has achieved successful examples that have been recognized by everyone in the industry.

During these two days of learning, more than 100 students from different companies were almost moved to tears, while also honing their will for teamwork and understanding the importance of responsibility and gratitude, making themselves more positive and proactive in their future lives and work. In the activities, everyone enthusiastically integrated into the team activities, and the teaching assistants and classmates got along very well. Many students who met for the first time spoke freely together, talking about family, company, life, responsibility, and gratitude. After the two-day event, everyone hugged, shook hands, and took photos together to remember this grateful course and the precious and profound fate.
