The adhesion of floor paint coatings is determined by factors such as the type and performance of the coating, surface treatment quality (substrate rust level, rust removal level, and roughness), construction environmental conditions (temperature, relative humidity), interlayer matching floor paint coating interval time, and floor paint coating maintenance.
