1、 Cement pouring for new foundation ground

Technical requirements for concrete foundation and surface layer

(1) Use at least C30 or higher concrete pouring to achieve a ground structure strength of C25-30 or higher.

(2) At the place where concrete is poured, if waterproof film is not laid, water should be sprayed to keep the foundation moist.

(3) The cement surface should be poured together with the concrete and directly pressed with machinery. When smoothing, no plain ash should be sprinkled.

(4) After the completion of the surface layer, it needs to be dried and maintained for 28 days, which can be shortened to 20 days in winter. Among them, the watering maintenance time requires the surface layer to be kept moist for at least 14 days

(5) The foundation of the first floor and underground basement must have a waterproof layer for the concrete foundation.

Diagnosis of 2 pairs of concrete foundations and surface layers

(2) The cement foundation ground with slight burning and sanding is mainly characterized by insufficient strength or sanding due to moderate friction. It is recommended to use Xianghe epoxy penetration primer for penetration hardening reinforcement.

(3) Severe burning, sanding, and delamination of cement foundation ground are mainly manifested as insufficient strength or slight friction that can prevent sand from lifting and delamination. It is necessary to remove the loose surface layer and then use peaceful epoxy resin to repair and reinforce the product for strengthening and compaction.

2、 Old cement foundation ground

1. Pour concrete cement base that meets normal technical requirements and standards. If it is not contaminated by oil, acid, or alkali corrosion, it can be constructed according to the corresponding coating system process steps of Xianghe Heavy Anti corrosion Coating Company.

Cement floors that have been contaminated by oil, strong acids, and strong alkalis must be thoroughly cleaned of all kinds of dirt and cleaned with a specialized cleaning agent to meet the coating requirements. If the oil stains penetrate deep into the cement base, they should be treated by physical heating and reinforcing the base after cleaning.

3、 The base floor that has been painted with paint has been coated with paint

Ground that has been coated with epoxy resin floor paint:

(1) After inspection, it has been confirmed that the original epoxy coating is firmly bonded to the cement base. After polishing and vacuuming, the epoxy coating can be reapplied.

(2) The original paint film not only has poor adhesion, but also has defects such as biting, bubbling, peeling, and cracking on the ground. The original paint must be thoroughly removed, polished, and vacuum treated before proceeding with the epoxy floor coating construction.

If the floor has been painted with unknown paint, the original paint coating must be thoroughly removed first, polished, cleaned and vacuumed before epoxy floor painting can be carried out.

4、 Renovation of terrazzo, ceramic tiles, and other types of flooring

After strength polishing, roughening, and vacuuming, a special strong primer for Xianghe can be used as the base layer for epoxy treatment. Loose tiles must be knocked off, then filled and polished with epoxy mortar before proceeding to the next coating process.
