In order to establish a market order for the flooring industry and ensure the long-term healthy development of flooring enterprises, and to complete flooring projects with quality and quantity, the country has established several management methods for grading flooring construction enterprises. 1. Declaration. Qualified enterprises can apply and submit to the Secretariat of the Flooring Branch.

2. Review. This is subject to review by experts in the industry. Firstly, the materials submitted by the applying enterprise will be reviewed, and then on-site review will be conducted. If the review is passed, the branch will issue a floor construction enterprise level certificate, and the branch will report on the certified enterprise through relevant media.

3. Supervision and management. Certified enterprises must keep their certificates safe from scratches, alterations, and other phenomena, and cannot subcontract projects to unlicensed enterprises. From the day of certification, they must submit annual reports of all completed projects for the year to the branch.

4. Classification of levels. Floor construction enterprises can be divided into four levels: Class A, Class B, Class C.

5. Advance. Enterprises can conduct self-evaluation and submit promotion applications to the branch after 6 months of obtaining certification.

6. Issuing certificates. The certificate is valid for 3 years from the date of issuance.
