7 Inspection Rules

7.1 Classification of Inspection

7.1.1 Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection.

7.1.2 Factory inspection items; Floor coating primer includes all items; Thin floor coating topcoat includes container condition, solid content, drying time, shelf life, pencil hardness, impact resistance, flexibility, and adhesion; The thickness of floor coating and topcoat includes the state in the container, drying time, shelf life, and impact resistance.

7.1.3 The type inspection items include all technical requirements listed in this standard. Inspect at least once a year.

7.2 Judgment of Inspection Results

7.2.1 The judgment of inspection results shall be carried out according to the rounding value comparison method in GB/T1250-1989.

When the inspection results of all items meet the requirements of this standard, the test sample is considered to comply with the requirements of this standard.
